將台式滷汁放進鍋裡煮滾後加入豬排。加水到湯汁蓋過排骨。等湯汁再滾了以後關小火加蓋繼續燜煮 1 個小時即可。 |
Procedure
Bring the Taiwanese Spice Stew Sauce to a boil. Then, add the pork chops into the sauce. Add water until sauce completely covers the pork chops. Let the sauce boil again. Turn the heat to low and simmer for one hour. |
